60 minutes for four weeks - Your employees will learn how to go from Burnt Out to Balanced, during this four-week mindfulness programme. Audience: Single Company Type: Online Length: 60 min No of Sessions: 4 sessions across 4 weeks Minimum Delegates: 2 Dates: On Request During the four week programme participants will: - Develop a seamless integration of mindfulness into their daily life. - Foster a positive outlook and resilience in the face of life's ups and downs. - Develop self-compassion practices for enhanced emotional wellbeing. - Acquire tools to manage stress, fostering a calmer, more centred mindset. - Improve focus and concentration. - Learn mindfulness practices for long-term well-being Dates shown are for the first of 4 sessions.
