She played a pivotal role for 17 years in driving the organic growth of one of today’s largest FM solution providers, solidifying her reputation as a results-oriented Executive Director with an unmatched ability to deliver success.

Renowned for her strategic vision and ability to inspire and nurture talent, Jasmine’s leadership extends across various business functions. Her Executive Mentoring Services, Strategic Review Support, and Non-Executive Director roles have further expanded her influence, helping countless organizations and individuals thrive in the commercial cleaning and FM space. Michelle has over 20 years’ experience in the FM industry – 16 of which have been successfully leading and managing her own consultancy, delivering recruitment service solutions to clients on a pan European basis, her drive and tenacity have seen her develop this brand in becoming one of the go to recruiters within the FM industry. 

Her passion to promote the industry and talent within has seen her appointment of Chair for the IWFM Rising FMs Committee, a group committed to attracting, retaining and developing the next generation of talent, supporting those at entry level in FM, highlighting the scope and opportunities available through hosting regular events, networking and building a strong community for likeminded people. She has also been appointed by the Local London Careers Hub which works with a network of 1800 schools and colleges, educating and enabling those in education to take positive career path/choices with a particular focus on Facilities Management.

Michelle brings vast experience and energy to her profession, having worked across multiple sectors and specialisms in both private and public sectors, progressing her skill set and knowledge through multiple channels, allowing her to live and breathe the Cleaning/facilities Management industry and career paths within.
